I'm a former marathoner and long course triathlete. I don't spend much time in a gym, but I should. My brother owns a crossfit gym in Mississippi and likes to visit other gyms to learn how to improve his. This is how I found myself on vacation with my brother at my first crossfit class. The gym was clean and bright, all the equipment was in good shape, the owner and people working out were all great support and encouraging.
