I can’t say enough great things about CrossFit 717 !! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported by the coaches Dwight/Brandon/Lisa and the community. The workouts are challenging but scalable, so no matter your fitness level, there’s something for everyone. Best CrossFit gym in Central PA. Coaches provide challenging workouts but also options for all fitness levels, including their Fit Class option. Clean facility, well organized with a multitude of equipment choices and weights. I highly recommend you check out 717!!!
