Training CrossFit for over 10 years in different cities and countries, can easily say this is the best box there is in terms of programming, coaching, and community. After different ownership of this location through several years, this is the best it’s ever been. Train here!!!
There are awesome trainers and members here that made me a more recent loyal member until I unexpectedly relocated out of town for work and requested a $135 (90%) refund for a punch card I cannot finish. I emailed owner Dwight Sheehan saying I purchased a $150, 10 class punch card on the Push Press app they use.
