My first time at CrossFit and I was really impressed with the instructor, the welcoming class members and the variety of fitness challenges. Overall an excellent experience! I’ll be back
Dropped in 'from away' and Coach Chris was very helpful and good at motivating the class. People in class were astonishingly friendly and open with recommendations for my limited spare time in town.
Nice crossfit box! The staff and members were friendly and the equipment was in good shape! I really enjoyed my visit, and I'll drop in again when I get back to St-John's

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 drop ins here. The coaches are all on the same page in regards to structure . Time spent working on the technical stuff , good metcons, and friendly … like so friendly ! I wish I had more time here so I could jump in a few more classes. Great job guys !
