I'm still new to the gym but everyone has been very friendly and supportive every time I go. Well maintained and I'm happy to have the choice of doing Peak or CrossFit workouts depending on how I'm feeling for what I want to focus on

I am from out of town, but I do come back to NOVA enough to merit looking for a gym. I gave CF703 a try and it was a great experience. Even though I did not buy a membership, they treated me with great respect and gave me a great rate to try out their gym for my short stay. Additionally, there is a good vibe all around the gym; I met a couple of the instructors (Jason, Tyler and Dan) and they were all courteous, knowledgeable and most accommodating. Highly recommend is an understatement. The CF 703 community and coaches are beyond incredible. If you are looking to be part of a community not just a gym- this is what you will find here. Halo/CrossFit 703 is a great friendly environment where you can get a great workout in. You can modify your workout to your ability without feeling judged. The coaches are great, love feedback and are always doing something positive for the local community.
