CrossFit is the primary class I go to at Halo Fitness. The CrossFit area is huge, with plenty of equipment for every ability level. Every workout can be scaled to any ability level. It is a true community with many special events and get togethers.
I’ve been doing CrossFit for years, and Halo (CrossFit 703) nails it every time. The coaches are outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and always encouraging. The programming is thoughtful and well-balanced: smart progressions, varied workouts that build real strength and conditioning without feeling repetitive. Come out and be part of this amazing CrossFit community. The 703 coaches care about each and every athlete and are there to help you achieve your fitness goals continuing to grow and CrossFit. They have open gym times and many options for classes throughout the day. Highly recommended for those looking for a new gym to accomplish those personal goals. This gym is helped change my lifestyle and keep off 80 pounds for over the last six years become a better example for my family.
