I'm still new to the gym but everyone has been very friendly and supportive every time I go. Well maintained and I'm happy to have the choice of doing Peak or CrossFit workouts depending on how I'm feeling for what I want to focus on
I am from out of town, but I do come back to NOVA enough to merit looking for a gym. I gave CF703 a try and it was a great experience. Even though I did not buy a membership, they treated me with great respect and gave me a great rate to try out their gym for my short stay. Additionally, there is a good vibe all around the gym; I met a couple of the instructors (Jason, Tyler and Dan) and they were all courteous, knowledgeable and most accommodating.
