Needed a place to help prep for an upcoming Hyrox race. Tried out their Saturday Hyrox class and was hooked! Very supportive group and coaches!

Although CrossFit might sound intimidating, the staff and other members will support you! WARNING: Don't join if you don't want to get healthy and fall in love with exercise!
CrossFit is the primary class I go to at Halo Fitness. The CrossFit area is huge, with plenty of equipment for every ability level. Every workout can be scaled to any ability level. It is a true community with many special events and get togethers.
