CrossFit has changed my life! Been a member here since 2020. This was the first gym I checked out when finding a gym to join. The coaches are knowledgeable and can help you adapt on what you need to be successful. If you are looking for a place to grow, improve and work on your health/fitness, 701 is the place to be :)

I’ve never been to a gym that pushed my limits like CrossFit 701. The workouts were intense and exactly what I needed. If you want to be coached, learn something new and be challenged while being part of a welcoming gym, then this is where you need to go!
