This place is such a gem! Everyone made me feel so welcomed. It wasn’t intimidating at all. Plus the coaching was excellent. I had so much one-on-one coaching in the group class that I learned so much and was so supported. The smoothie/protein bar and sauna was such a great treat after class too.

I just have to give a shout out the coach Chris Cali!!! I avoid rope climbs for 8 years!!I hate them 🤣but today he got me to understand the J hook! I did two Now the practice comes with letting it go and rewrapping my feet!!! I do appreciate the time and effort they take to make sure my two left feet finally coordinate
I'm having a great time! The instructors are knowledgeable and very helpful, and for the first time, I didn't feel lost at a gym. Every class is worth every penny, and I can't wait to do more!
