Chris Cali has been my coach for roughly nine years and has been instrumental in my fitness journey. His consistently uplifting and energetic personality is a game-changer, making even the toughest days easier to get to the gym and put in the work. He also possesses a strong and practical understanding of CrossFit principles, ensuring effective and varied training. I Love this gym. It has something for everyone with none of the chain hype. Coach Marianne is awesome She is able to keep us all organized, help with scaling, check in with each of us and have a fun time even with a workout like the 12 Pains of Christmas and a large class!! Coach Chris is an amazing coach! He knows the workout from the inside out, leads the class with authority and compassion and is attentive to everyone regardless of their skill level!
