Marianne is such an amazing coach! I’ve really connected with her from the start. She always makes sure I’m doing okay, explains everything clearly, and puts so much energy into every class. You can hear her and stay engaged even from the back of the room. She’s incredibly motivating and genuinely makes you want to push yourself. Great facility & staff. Coach Mare is awesome! She is so helpful for beginners and experts! Love to take class when she’s the coach. She care so much for the workout and the community All the coaches are super helpful and knowledgeable. The vibe at Fitness Concepts is so chill, you wouldn’t know you’re at a gym!
This place is such a gem! Everyone made me feel so welcomed. It wasn’t intimidating at all. Plus the coaching was excellent. I had so much one-on-one coaching in the group class that I learned so much and was so supported. The smoothie/protein bar and sauna was such a great treat after class too.
