Crossfit 696 is a truly special place. The coaches and members are so friendly and welcoming. The coaches make the classes fun and it is clear they love and are passionate about what they do. All classes, including Crossfit and Fitedge, are for everyone, no matter the fitness level, and coaches make sure workouts are both fun and safe. CrossFit 696 at Gardner Fitness Concepts is a great program. All of their coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a class on 6/10/26 with coach Eric, and he was able to provide differentiated movements for the workout so that people of all skill levels could participate and get great exercise. In general, the weekly classes have great pacing and are structured in a way that set a rotating focus on different muscle groups (lower body, upper body, core, etc.) depending on the day.
