I had a very enjoyable class with Shaina. I really appreciated her patience in demonstrating the activities several times for me. I often need instructions modeled multiple times because I have ADD, the noise creates lots of distractions, and I swear I just have general memory problems, haha. Shaina was also helpful in scaling the workout down so that it was more accessible to me as a (semi) newcomer. I had a great workout!
Big thank you to Coach Colleen! I am recovering from a hand injury and she guided me with perfect modifications to ensure I still had a great workout. Not only did she guide me at the beginning but checked with me throughout the workout to make sure I was good. Afterwards we spoke about what I can do ongoing to keep up with proper movements as I work my way back. I feel she truly cares about my well being.
Rachael was so great, super motivating and encouraging Looking forward to more classes !

Coach Matt Cali is amazing! So professional and motivating with a touch of sarcastic humor to make it fun and almost make you forget you’re working out. Highly recommend!
