My experience was amazing. Chris made me feel welcomed and like a hero for being there. The whole team welcomed me. I am way out of shape and not able to keep up the way I would like to, but within just a few minutes at the class all my insecurities went away and I had a great time. I left there feeling amazing, physically, mentally and emotionally. This is a great group, and I will be back.

Matt’s class was amazing! Matt was friendly and welcoming to everybody, his instructions were clear and concise and I loved how I could always hear him! The class was a lot of fun. Highly recommend!

Lisa is fantastic. She's so accommodating to everyone's particular needs. She provides great feedback, encouragement, and genuinely cares. Everyone here does. I could write this same review about all the coaches. JP & Matt push me to the point I'm able to do things I never thought I could, and I'll be forever grateful for it.
