We dropped in while visiting the family over the holiday weekend. We were welcomed and had a great workout.
I have been going to CrossFit 643 for a little over 3 months now, 5 to 6 days a week. I can't believe how much strength I have gained and how much muscle I have built within that time period (not to mention my waist line has decreased 4" due to daily exercise here and better eating habits). Everyone there is extremely friendly and welcoming. Coach Michele and the other coaches are awesome and super supportive. I have been telling everyone I know to join this gym and start doing CrossFit. It is changing my life for the better... read more
