When I joined CrossFit I was intimidated. I had run road races, lifted weights, done personal training, yoga, Pilates, spin classes etc… but I didn’t know what I was in for with CrossFit. Once I joined 617, I realized how supportive and welcoming everyone is. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend. CF 617 is a great CrossFit gym. The programming and coaches are always on point. I’ve visited many CF gyms since starting CF 9 years ago and this one ranks among the top!
If you're in the area, you should stop by this gym and check it out. The gym is beautiful, and the people there are awesome. The owner, Pete, is extremely nice and helpful in getting you acclimated to the gym, and the members are also incredibly kind and welcoming. I just stopped in for a drop-in, but if I lived in the area, I would definitely be a member.
