Dropped in for 3 classes while visiting some family. Excellent coaching, great facility. I would highly recommend this affiliate. The members are super friendly and the workouts were well structured and fun!

Great equipment and facility! Some of the best coaches around. Well rounded programming. But most importantly, super friendly and encouraging community of people. Highly recommended for both the newbie and experienced athlete :)
