CrossFit 610 has made a huge difference for me! It's given me physical strength and confidence but also mental and social strength and confidence! Every day I can make it into the gym, I'm proud of what I achieve and always achieve more than I expect! The coaches are beyond supportive and moving to a new town, starting at CF610 was how I met people and made friends. Definitely worth the start!
This is the best gym I have ever been affiliated with and at 50 I am on the best shape of my life. You will receive unbelievable programming, personalized care, and a phenomenal community. Please take the time to give CrossFit 610 a try! You won’t be disappointed!
Great place to get personal one on one attention but in a group setting, with other people doing what you are doing. It’s so fun. 🤩 I love that I can scale all the movements to adjust to my fitness level. I get a great workout in 1 hour and all I have to do is show up. 🪷⭐️💓
