It’s a great CrossFit gym, the equipment is well maintained and organized. The coaches are great and very inclusive, it doesn’t matter what level you are it’s a fun environment. I don’t like to be pressured, I want to be pushed and the coaching is great.

Dropped in while down the shore and I felt like I was at my own box. Bridget was welcoming and professional. WOD was great. Lots of equipment, lots of room, easy to get to and will be dropping in again. Definitely recommend 11/10. Thank you!

I joined CrossFit609 in January 2023. From day one I felt at home. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I started CrossFit over 10 years ago and took a few years break after my box closed (focused on Triathlon). I had been wanting to get back into CrossFit and visited other boxes. I finally visited CrossFit609 and haven’t left. They are challenging yet respect any modifications you need to do to get the workout done and allow you to be your best self. Thanks to all the coaches for helping me find my strength again!

I have been a member at 609 for over a year now. The hardest part for me was walking through that door. I have tried other gyms and even crossfit years ago. So, I was definitely nervous to try this. Once I did, I was met with positive and helpful coaching, a supportive community and constant encouragement . I truly cannot imagine NOT starting my day here. This has become a big part of my life, and I am extremely grateful.
