I love dropping in here when I’m visiting Sea Isle! The coaches and members are very welcoming and I always get a fantastic workout.
An outstanding CrossFit community! It is an important to feel the welcome! The coaches and members make you feel welcomed. This is so crucial especially for newcomers I take the 55+ class and it is awesome to see all the varying levels of fitness achieving goals and feeling successful! Give it a try!
This was my third time dropping in at 609 and each time had a great workout. Everyone was awesome, from the coaches to the members. Great spot to drop in if you’re vacationing down at the Shore.
