CrossFit608 is the only place where I’ve willingly done more squats than a toddler learning to walk. I’ve been a member of CrossFit 608 for almost five years, and I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write a review! I was never athletic growing up, but CrossFit has given me confidence both inside and outside the gym that I never knew was possible. Before CrossFit, I had to force myself to workout. I’ve been searching for an affordable and comfortable place to workout and this is THE place. Everyone has been so welcoming, supportive and the trainers are awesome to learn from. I can’t wait to continue!!!
