I did a drop in while passing through town from out of state. Everyone was so welcoming, the coaching was great, and the workout was amazing. The owners, Tom and Karly, were both there, and this area is lucky to have a gym that is so caring and passionate about helping people live a better, healthier life!
If your thoughts of crossfit are anything like mine were, crossfit sounds like something only elite athletes like those at the crossfit games do. Boy was I wrong! I can honestly say while challenging, crossfit can meet you where you're at regardless of fitness level. On top of the ability to scale any workout to any level, you also get a built-in accountability element from the coaches and fellow members of the "Herd" that keep you coming back. This place is everything I didn't know I needed! The owners are genuine. The options for mobility levels- there is truly something for everyone. From fitness to health and nutrition- this place is worth a visit!
Highly recommend! As a CrossFit newbie, I could not have asked for a better experience. The coaches offer a variety of modifications to cater to any skill level and ability. And, the environment is unmatched, such high energy and positivity from the coaches and all the people there. I felt welcomed immediately and will be returning for more classes!
