Such a sense of community. I don’t really use gyms because I always feel like I’m being watched and judged (I’m a curvy lady). In this place it’s like they see you but not in a judgy way, they actually cheer for each other to help you finish a work out, its amazing. I also like that although it’s the same workout for everyone, it’s adjusted to fit each person’s ability level.
Erik and Callie are awesome! I have never experienced so much support during a workout as I have at 5410. The community of health and fitness at Community Fitness 5410 is top notch and it truly feels like family. Anyone who knows me, knows the change that has taken place for me personally since I started working out here 2 years ago. The people who workout there are inspiring and help me continue to strive for more. The workouts are for all levels of fitness.
