Good gym, great ppl.
I joined Crossfit 519 six months ago. I previously had no crossfit background prior to joining. So needless to say, I was nervous before arriving at my first class expecting to stick out like a sore thumb. However, the experience couldn't have been more opposite of what I expected! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The instructors are extremely helpful and keep an eye on you so if your form is bad, they will stop you and correct you to avoid potentially injuring yourself.
