I love this place! I switched gyms recently due to a staffing change at my old gym but also wanted to take my fitness, specifically weight training, to the next level. The community at the gym is incredible, everyone is so welcoming, but the trainers and owners are just the best. While the groups can be big, we still get coached up so you don’t do things the wrong way for the whole workout. Crossfit 517 & Powerhouse owners are amazing! LT was fun to work out with, he is very knowledgeable and easy to understand! Sam was welcoming and friendly during our visti while on vacation! We will be back every time we are in the area! Thanks again!
I checked out the new Powerhouse & Crossfit 517 location it was a great location and very clean! We were able to meet the young couple that owns the buisness they were great people. They took the time to show us around and explain there different programs! They have alot more to offer then any other gym in the area! We have currently signed up our whole family and look forward to being welcomed to the Crossfit family!
Great gym, the owners and the trainers always provide help and encouragement. You will find people of all fitness levels and ages here and it is so welcoming. You will be hooked and it is worth every penny. The gym/crossfit has helped me so much over the past few months can't wait to see what a year looks like! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Crossfit 517 is a fantastic gym. I joined the gym after participating in their six week challenge. One of the owners, Sam, was more than kind and helped guide me on my fitness journey. I started losing inches and gaining strength quickly while following her plan. I attended various classes, and I had the opportunity to work with several different trainers.
