Great gym experienced staff that keep you motivated and safe
I recently booked an introductory class at CrossFit 514 and had a great experience. Alex at reception welcomed me warmly, took the time to explain how everything works, and made me feel comfortable right away. Coach Antoine was also very kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. Both were professional, approachable, and helpful. It was a very positive first impression, and I’m looking forward to coming back!
