First time today at CrossFit 508. They were very warm and welcoming. They were able to allow me to modify and work at my own pace while still challenging myself! Highly recommend it.

It’s now been 4 years since I’ve trained at this gym. I’ve trained at maybe 30 + CrossFit boxes across the USA. This gym is by far the worst facility I have ever attended. For a few hundred dollars; you’d expect much much more. The owner has a sense of entitlement. If you’re a new member to her community; and you don’t instantly fit in (because many of the members are cold and unwelcoming) then your labeled as an outsider.
