I would encourage anyone to come give CF505 a go! From day 1 the team of coaches have been brilliant, I walked in and was made to feel like I belonged- it’s a great vibe! The programming is challenging but scaled to accommodate everyone’s abilities, so don’t let the fear of the unknown stop you! Come get amoungst it!
The coaching staff are very encouraging ! The vibe is the best if you are looking to improve on your mobility and strength this is the place !

My mental (and physical) health has improved so much since taking up the 28 day trial special they had on offer. The community is a vibe and the coaches are so supportive & helpful especially to those who might been like me with zero CrossFit experience.
