Crossfit Delco has everything you want out of a crossfit gym. Modern equipment with a ton of space. Coaches that can meet you at whatever fitness level you are at. Convenient class schedule. Open gym access if you can't make it to class. But most importantly, an extremely welcoming community of members with tons of events and activities outside of classes to get to know each other better. Such a welcoming community and supportive environment for people at any part of their fitness journey. There are so many things I couldn’t do when I first started in 2020 that I can now!!! The coaches really care and believe in you and the entire community feels like a family. Everyone is supportive of each other, not just in the gym, but outside of it too.
