Awesome CrossFit box with extremely welcoming people. Love popping in here for a drop in class every time I’m in Mackay. Wish I could go more!
This gym is so wonderful and truly embodies what CrossFit is all about. Diverse range of ages and abilities, solid community of people who look after each other and each other’s children and pets, and so much good encouragement. The gym setting is lovely too with ample space to be outside, plenty of fans, and conveniently in the middle of MacKay. I drop in here every time I visit my sister and love this gym. Jackson and Bonnie (owners) are so welcoming and kind, and have done an amazing job with it!!
