I’ve been running around all the gyms in Mackay (no joke), and this one is definitely the best I’ve found. Great place, amazing environment, and awesome coaches — especially Jimmy! It was my first day doing CrossFit, and I already know this will be my sport and my place for as long as I’m in Mackay.
