Brilliant Place, with great coaches who really know their stuff and friendly, welcoming members too! I spent 3 months training with Crossfit 4566 while in Noosa, can't recommend enough. Once you've joined, you can book and manage your classes online and track your progress -too easy!

I’ve been a member at CrossFit 4566 for the last 6 months.I’ve been made to feel extremely welcome.It’s feels like being part of a supportive family,not just a gym member.All ages and abilities are catered for.Richard,Mathew and Woogie are great coaches.

If training hard with friendly people is your religion, then CrossFit 4566 is your church. Great coaches and an incredible community. This gym embodies everything you could hope for in a fitness sanctuary. It's also led by one of the best humans I know, and it's no wonder this place feels like a second home to everyone.
