Absolutely love CrossFit 4551 and the community! The coaches are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve loved been back at CrossFit since becoming a mum and being able to bring the baby to any class means I can get to the gym more often ♂️
I’ve just recently moved up to the sunny coast and have been looking for a local gym with a community vibe join. Mick and Tamara at CrossFit 4551 have been unreal. So bloody supportive and the vibe in the gym is amazing !! Their attention to detail and knowledge as coach’s, is second to none. The best!!
Our little one just finished her first week of CrossFit Kids—and let me just say, she wishes it was on every day of the week! 🤣 Our daughter takes so much pride and joy in her fitness, and what better way to nurture that than in a community that truly values what they do and delivers such high-quality coaching?
