CrossFit 4551 has been my favourite place since I was 12. Amazing coaching, incredible community, and friendships that feel like family. Coming back after kids has been the best—and training with my husband makes it even better. Mick & Tamara have built something truly special. I originally started at CrossFit 4551 back in 2013. After training there for 7 years, I took a 5-year break due to work commitments. I’ve just started back again, and what a breath of fresh air it’s been! The environment is energetic, fun, and you’re always greeted with genuine enthusiasm from Mick and the entire coaching team. Mick and his team of trainers are amazing. They share their time through out the class with all the people, leaving noone out. They're always watching to make sure your technique for each activity is correct to get maximum results and take the time to demonstrate it. They also are very helpful with different exercises you can do if you have a injury or aren't capable of that exercise level yet.
