Being part of the CF Steadfast community has given me the opportunity to challenge myself and accomplish workouts I'd never thought I could physically do. Lili and I have benefited so much from doing CrossFit for many years. The best part is the people we work out with at Crossfit Steadfast. We all support each other and encourage each other not just when you're at the gym, but when you start taking breaks and dread making yourself wake up and push your body past what’s comfortable.
