We chose CrossFit 413 because of its message about supporting the community, but our experience did not reflect that. My granddaughter enrolled on December 28th but attended only one class due to travel and academic commitments. On January 9th, we informed them she needed to cancel because her schedule no longer allowed participation. We were told “okay,” so we reasonably believed the cancellation was acknowledged. I love this gym! I feel like just calling it a gym doesn’t do it justice. Crossfit413 is a community of great people. They have been extremely supportive & helped me scale up or down on the program depending on where I was at. Everyone was super helpful & I enjoyed every workout. 10/10, will come back when I’m back in the area!
413 is the place to be. The coaches are great, a very welcoming atmosphere and not at all as intimidating as one might think. The owners and coaches go above and beyond to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need out of each class and are always there to help with a smile on their face. The community here is great, everyone treats you like family. Highly recommend to anyone new to CrossFit or even just looking for a new box to come to.

We dropped in from out of town. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I have only done CrossFit a few times and the coach did a great job explaining the workout and set up. Overall, excellent experience.
