What a great place to train for a drop in, loved the vibe and the lifting class on a Friday was what every CrossFit box should offer in the community, which is great coaching, great chat and friendly members and athletes.
Cannot fault this gym. Jason is a warm, generous and supportive coach.
Excellent diverse programming, wonderful onsite physio. Two gyms in one and everyone gets along great. Been coming here since I was a teen, very family friendly, my son often comes with me and the owner is great with him.
Super friendly atmosphere. Good place to put in hard work.
