I would strongly recommend Gamebred to any person interested in CrossFit or simply looking to improve their overall fitness. The gym is no-nonsense, friendly and caters to all ability and fitness levels. The coaches have a keen eye for technique with a focus on getting to most out of each movement and limiting the potential for injury.
Friendly and welcoming gym with highly skilled coaching staff. Classes are easy to follow, well structured and the coaches are great at giving feedback when you need it.
