CrossFit 386 is seriously the best gym I’ve ever been to. The coaches are amazing and L1 certified (and went to an L1 class with them), but they actually care about helping you improve and push yourself. I’ve gotten so much stronger and more confident as an athlete since I started here. What makes it even better is the community. I get to train with my friends, which makes every class fun, and I get to work out with my mom too. Great gym! You can get a hell of a workout and make some friends in the process. 5 stars to all the trainers and people that make this place great
We were on vacation and always wanted to drop in somewhere. I stopped in and was given the appropriate information and lead to Coach Sammi! Thanks for taking care of us while we were in town. Definitely would suggest dropping in here if you’re in town!
