I came to this gym with zero CrossFit experience and everyone— coaches and fellow gym goers have been great! The coaches are patient and encouraging. Over just a few short months I have grown to love this gym. I feel better and I’m getting stronger.
Workout great but an awkward guy that seemed to be cleaning up afterwards is creepy. He stared at us during our session then as we were getting ready to leave he is the guy that cleans our sweat. How should I feel?
