Very friendly gym with great workouts, will definitely be back when I come back through town!
Great crossfit gym! I have dropped in several times because my parents live in La Salle. Everyone is so friendly and nice! You can drop in anytime with no problem! It's great and coaches are so nice! I always enjoy coming back to this gym!
