I love Local Roots Fitness! The owners, John and Coral, are so encouraging and the entire community is welcoming.
It's always intimidating to join a new CrossFit gym or any gym. I hadn't done CrossFit in 2 years and was feeling very out of shape. And with CrossFit, once you stop, you may as well be starting over. John, the owner spent a lot of time making me feel more and more comfortable. The men and women in class couldn't have been more welcoming and kind. If you have fitness goals and want to move your body and feel better, make sure you check this place out.
Just returning from a visit w family in the area. I did a 1week drop in and couldn’t be happier w my experience. Such an amazing, welcoming and supportive community regardless of fitness level. Great coaching, explanations of workouts and modifications if needed. John, the owner/coach is a great guy who leads his gym w passion and welcoming all.
