Very rude and obnoxious owners rude to the public also.
This community makes me want to get there, be better, try harder and I never feel judgement when I’m not at my best. The coaches are helpful & make sure I do what’s best for me while still motivating me to give just a little more. Love it here. Highly recommend for all shapes, sizes, fitness levels, etc. Get here!
I joined 315 back in 2016. It has helped me get in the best shape of my life. The varied workouts, mixing gymnastics and Olympic lifts, and the drive to learn got me in the door. The amazing coaches and members members make me want to come back everyday. Ryan and the rest of the coaches push you while ensuring you aren't compromising proper form. Keep up the great work guys, I'm a believer! #crossfit315
