I had an incredible experience. The instructor was amazing and really took the time to focus on form. What I appreciated most was how they helped with corrections throughout the session. Instead of just shouting instructions, they stepped in to guide my movement, ensuring I was lifting safely and getting the most out of the workout. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular, having that level of professional attention makes a huge difference. Great energy, tough workout, and top-tier coaching. I’ll definitely be back!

I'm from Houston and was in North Texas for business and decided to drop in for a Friday WOD. Super nice Box and well organized. Lots of air flow and fans for the hot weather. Noah (I think was his name) he was very nice and knowledgeable and a great coach. The members were very friendly. And the WOD kicked my butt! I'll be back.
Impressive facility with stellar coaching, and a welcoming community of members. Athletes of all levels are sure to find a home at Crossfit 3040.
