5-7-26 I am in town for work and was looking for a gym to drop in at. I love finding the traditional, old school, however you want to call it CrossFit Boxes. Takes me back to the good old days. Really enjoying the workouts, the coaches, and the gym. If you are looking for a box in Fort Myers, I highly recommend.

We often visit from out of town and always make it a point to do a drop-in when able at 239; it’s one of our favorites for the area! Sarina, her staff, and the members are always welcoming and friendly. We are always treated like we are their regular members; the workouts are humbling and challenging, and the staff always help correct technique or form if needed. The box is absolutely great. The staff is so welcoming to visitors and it has a great atmosphere. I love that they are a traditional CrossFit box (white board and large bay garage doors). One of my boxes to do a drop-in class. Thank you.
