I Joined CrossFit 1977 2 1/2 years ago to try something different and lose some weight as part of a 6 week challenge. Fast forward to today and I'm down 80 Ibs and I can't wait for the next training day. The coaching, members and competition drives me every day to be a better me, getting stronger and honing skills one day at a time.

CrossFit 1977 is an amazingly inviting space to pump up or simply stay in shape. No matter your skill level or current health condition, there is a place for you here.
