We have passionate trainers, a registered dietician, special access to a physical therapist, and a welcoming community. I am so fortunate to have found 1886 when I did. There is an amazing cross section of athletes from brand new to long timers, but everyone approaches the gym with the same degree of warmth and welcome. The coaches are helpful and friendly, and they don’t hesitate to lend a hand. I have done more during this past year with 1886 than I ever thought I could do. On top of that! Great gym and in a nice area with lots of parking. Workouts and coaches are great. It’s a diverse crowd of athletes and everyone is super friendly and encouraging.
