Was visiting Ottawa for the holidays and found this gem nearby. Classic CrossFit box, great programming and super welcoming staff who made it easy to drop in and feel included.
Great crossfit gym. Amazing coaches, facility, and atmosphere. Everybody very welcoming and encouraging. Already seeing results after 3 weeks. Highly recommend.
This place is great, the people are really friendly. My daughter and I were visiting from Germany and we were able to drop into a class without any problems.
