Very clean, well kept gym. The honor was an awesome host for when I stepped into do one of the open workouts this year, very helpful and generous! Definitely will be going back next time. I’m in the area.

Dropped in for a workout with my wife. Cozy box. Equipment and facility were clean and well taken care of. Everything you would need for a great workout. Coach and clients were friendly and welcoming. Workout was great and just what we needed. Thanks to David and his regulars for a great experience. When driving there if it seems like it is in the middle of nowhere you are in the right place.
We were visiting from out of town, and Dave made us feel right at home. Good community, good coaching, and good programming. The kids class were having a blast, too! They have something for everyone, here!
