I visited Crossfit1808 for their first Hyrox Simulation. All the staff were extremely welcoming, kind, encouraging and the event was very organized! The goodie bag was such a nice surprise as well. I feel way more prepared for Hyrox Chicago here in about a month! I will definitely be returning for future events.
I love 1808! Their coaches are intentional, providing expert instruction, and the community is friendly and supportive!
