I've had a fantastic experience with a great group of people. Despite initial reservations about CrossFit, I'm so happy to have given it a chance. The coaches provide personalized support, adapting the workout to suit your needs, helping you grow stronger and avoiding discouragement.
I have been super happy with my experience with CrossFit 1808! Initially I was scared of the word CrossFit but was at a stage in my life where I really needed to do something to build muscle and retain some strength that I felt I had lost in the last few years. I joined to participate in the legends strength training class and everyone has been great about making the workouts appropriate for me as I gain strength. I love the support and encouragement for the other gym members as well as the coaches!
Coach Nick and his team at 1808 have been so encouraging and supportive, helping me begin my journey back to fitness. Everyone at class has been welcoming and positive. It’s been amazing to see people of all ages in the same class, all at different stages of strength and skill.
