CrossFit Oceana is such a welcoming place. It’s my home away from home gym as I visit the VA Beach area once/month. Kat programs challenging workouts and gives great coaching advice. Tina, the owner, is actively taking class in the gym and a great person to workout with for inspiration. 10/10 highly recommend this gym to anyone local or dropping in!
