Crossfit Great Barrington is an excellent gym. Mike, the owner and head coach, is experienced, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The gym has helped me greatly increase my fitness in a safe and friendly environment. If you are considering joining a gym I would definitely recommend checking out Crossfit Great Barrington.

I am 45 and have never ever worked out or learned to push my self physically. I have heard crossfit being called a cult and the reason being is that they push you in ways you never knew possible. Walking out of their doors after a class is a huge accomplishment and you feel really proud of yourself.
