Great staff and coaches and the building and equipment is well cared for. The workouts are challenging and yet realistic.

CrossFit 161 is a great community of people and coaches who genuinely care about you and your goals. Even if you are new to CrossFit, they are accommodating. I like the variety of timings available for my schedule. It’s honesty the best part of Moose Jaw.

It is a nice facility, and from doing a drop in the community seems great. Having done 8 years of crossfit previously and wanting to move over from a different affiliate I had questioned the need for mandatory personal 1 on 1 training sessions that were for an additional cost. At this point owner became somewhat abrasive and turned me away. Crossfit membership fees are also the highest in the province. Limited class times.

I love going to crossfit, the people feel like my family, the coaches are excellent they are very skilled and intelligent. I feel comfortable and confident as myself and it's a welcoming place for all people. Crossfit is the perfect place for me to unwinde. The coaches help with corrections, for maximum results and safety.

CrossFit 161 is one of the most unique gyms I have had the pleasure of working out at. They adapt each and every workout to suit every age group and fitness level. Each coach is skilled and there to help with any questions you may have. I would recommend CrossFit 161 to all my friends and family!
