This group is amazing! Started in September after I just felt so discouraged at my last gym. And I haven't been able to work out lately due to a surgery in Noember but this group is great, both in and out of gym. You won't find a better group of people that 151.
I've dropped into 151 the last two times I visited my parents in Cedar Rapids. I've attended their 5 and 6am classes and the members are so friendly! Very welcoming and all the smiles, especially when you're finished with a great workout. Give them a try, even if you're a bit nervous about starting CrossFit. They'll take care of you.
I dropped in while I was in town. Nice people, friendly coaches. Lots of fun and great fitness!
