I've been training at CrossFit 1440 for nearly 10 months, and I can’t recommend it enough! From day one, the community has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. What sets this gym apart is the incredible flexibility of the coaches. They excel at scaling and tailoring workouts to any fitness level, ensuring you always get a great, safe workout regardless of where you are on your fitness journey. This is the third CF gym I’ve been a member of and this place RENEWED my love for CF and zest to workout. The community is extremely welcoming and literally I just got back from a two week vacay and I almost teared up because I got so many hugs welcoming me back! I am never gonna be someone who Rx-es everything, but this community makes me want to show up and do better. Highly recommend CrossFit 1440 for anyone serious about their fitness journey! The community is incredibly welcoming and —it truly feels like a family. This CrossFit 1440 is an amazing gym with a strong sense of community. The owners have built a supportive and welcoming environment, and the coaches are excellent at scaling workouts for all age groups and fitness levels. The facility is clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything you need. This is a fitness community that truly takes care of both your physical and mental well-being.
Amazing community, great coaches, and overall best experience I’ve had in a CrossFit gym! 10/10 would recommend!!
