This is the third CF gym I’ve been a member of and this place RENEWED my love for CF and zest to workout. The community is extremely welcoming and literally I just got back from a two week vacay and I almost teared up because I got so many hugs welcoming me back! I am never gonna be someone who Rx-es everything, but this community makes me want to show up and do better. Highly recommend CrossFit 1440 for anyone serious about their fitness journey! The community is incredibly welcoming and —it truly feels like a family. What really sets this gym apart, though, are the coaches. They are awesome and highly attentive, always keeping an eye on my form and offering specific cues to help me improve. This CrossFit 1440 is an amazing gym with a strong sense of community. The owners have built a supportive and welcoming environment, and the coaches are excellent at scaling workouts for all age groups and fitness levels. The facility is clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything you need. This is a fitness community that truly takes care of both your physical and mental well-being.

Held a off season camp here with our Grid team. The members welcomed us to warmup while they finished their morning class and even helped us set up a workout again the next day. We had 2 full teams in the space that they let use. Very gracious. Should definitely give them a try.
