This CrossFit 1440 is an amazing gym with a strong sense of community. The owners have built a supportive and welcoming environment, and the coaches are excellent at scaling workouts for all age groups and fitness levels. The facility is clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything you need. This is a fitness community that truly takes care of both your physical and mental well-being.
Amazing community, great coaches, and overall best experience I’ve had in a CrossFit gym! 10/10 would recommend!!
Held a off season camp here with our Grid team. The members welcomed us to warmup while they finished their morning class and even helped us set up a workout again the next day. We had 2 full teams in the space that they let use. Very gracious. Should definitely give them a try.
