Best gym in the Tri. If you're looking for community and support…. Start here!! The coaches know their stuff and even though it’s a class kind of set up, you still feel like you get individualized attention. I couldn’t love this place more if I tried!

Definitely recommended if you're looking for a great place to get a great workout. You will definitely find it at 12 Stones. Awesome staff! Awesome environment! And because of that, I'll be back.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new CrossFit gym. I was lucky to stumble into 12 Sones! The coaching staff is top notch, the workouts are great, and the community is even better. I would encourage any one of any skill level to drop in and give the gym a try.

12 Stone Crossfit has become a 2nd home for both my husband and me. My husband has attended the 55+ class for nearly 3 years. That class has the foundations of a Crossfit class with the appropriate adjustments made for the "masters." Members seem to be close knit, it's a great vibe. I have been receiving either personal training or small group training because for me that's the most viable option. I am so very pleased with my progress.
