Been going to this gym for about a month or so now and it's been an amazing experience. I suffer from shoulder pain and instability as well as a lack of mobility and all the coaches with their unique styles have really helped me feel welcome and apart of. They've also been extremely helpful with helping me scale back on workouts and form to help cater to but also strengthen my shoulder. I have been going to this gym for nearly a year. I have found that coaches are very helpful and also very encouraging as they support you in your fitness goals. The other members of this gym are also very supportive, friendly, and approachable. I would strongly encourage anyone who wants to take their fitness to a new level to consider Crossfit 12 Stones.
