I’ve really enjoyed going to CrossFit Retro postpartum!💪 The community is so welcoming, and it’s super child-friendly, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent. Highly recommend for any moms looking to feel strong again!
I’ve been training at CFR for 3 months now! The coaches are all extremely knowledgeable and my gym mates are friendly, and motivating, making for a fun environment. I honestly can not say enough good things about CrossFit Retro! From the moment I first contacted about information, I received a call from the OWNER within the hour, on a Sunday morning! I joined this gym with no work out experience at all and I was given step by step instructions on how to do the work outs safely. Everyone is always so welcoming and excited for me to be there. Walking through the doors of CrossFit Retro I was brand new to CrossFit and had no idea if this was something I was going to be able to do with having knee problems in the past. Nick the owner reassured me they can modify work outs for me on the fly that would suit my limits.
