I can’t say enough great things about CrossFit Retro. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about each member’s progress. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, they push you to be your best while ensuring proper form and safety. The community here is amazing—motivating, friendly, and like a second family. If you’re looking for a place to get stronger, both physically and mentally, this is it! Highly recommend!

Coming from someone who has been to 15+ CrossFit gyms, CrossFit Retro is the one I choose to call home. This gym checks all the boxes: welcoming community, quality equipment, cleanliness, strong leadership, great value, and most importantly, results! Retro is great for anxious beginners trying to learn the ropes AND for seasoned vets looking to renew their passion for fitness. And everyone in between!
