I started doing CrossFit at CrossFit 1088 in February 2026 after many years of not exercising regularly, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The coaching team is extraordinary, and I’ve seen significant changes in just seven months. Thank you, Trevor, and all the coaches at CrossFit 1088. I feel like I’ve gained a great family, both among the coaches and the members of the gym.
This CrossFit gym is the best. You’ll get an intense workout every time and go home feeling great. Atmosphere is great, very welcoming. Highly recommend.
Such a welcoming and encouraging CrossFit community! The coaches are great at adapting workouts for all fitness levels, and everyone is genuinely supportive. I’ve gotten stronger, met some awesome people, and learned that apparently “just one more round” is a lie. 😂 You’ll be challenged, encouraged, and probably sore—but you’ll have fun doing it!
I've been going here for almost two years and I can't thank the coaches enough for challenging and supporting me. It's the best gym I've ever been to. The coaches are super professional and help adapt moves so that you're getting the best workout for your level 💪🏽
