Can't give a zero star review so they get a 1. Since we've had our bank acquired by Busey we've had: 1. one person get 3 debit cards, one person get 2 debit cards and both other people get zero debit cards. 2. We've asked for a debit card to be mailed and were told it would take 10 days. 3. Pretty much every single day I can't connect to Quicken. 4. We've been charged fees for paper statements when we have never gotten them and never asked for them (yes they did refund them when we complained but how many people don't notice... read more
