Chance got it in fast and was a hard worker. Definitely recommend.
They worked on trailer jack that hadn’t worked from the manufacturer on my new SMC trailer. They couldn’t get it diagnosed to make it work correctly and didn’t fix the issue. The service department was underachieving! I will say that the previous experience I had with this store was adequate. The owner did take the initiative to call and understand my negative review which I thought was good.
My go to every time I'm in Stephenville for the season! Wonderful customer service. I appreciate their attention to detail. Crossfire definitely keeps my trailer going down the road safely!

UPDATE: owner reached out personally addressed all concerns and it was handled in a very professional manner! Took a trailer in to have the jack looked at, washed, overall inspected after a long haul. Dropped it off mid week said it would be done by Friday. Left my contact information. Hear nothing for over a week, find out the Jack has been fixed but here was a bad spring so call back no it’s not the spring it’s the bearing and we don’t pack bearings we just replace them.
