Crossfield Fitness is the real deal! I’ve been working out with Dwayne Baker for a month now (but going to the gym for over a year), and not only has he added TONS to my repertoire, but he somehow makes a lifting workout not feel like death. The gym’s got top-notch equipment, a great vibe, and I’ve made more progress in the last month than I have in years. Even the”scary meat-head” types in there are super kind and helpful. Started July 1 (late bloomer for New Year's Resolutions) and love going to this gym. Dwayne is amazing to work with and the gym is very inviting for all. There is definitely pride of ownership and integrity. First gym that I've felt at home at. The machines are maintained and in working order. Highly recommend going in to chat and join!

Dwayne, the owner, is super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the members. You can tell he’s passionate about fitness and building a strong community here. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned lifter, this gym has everything you need. Highly recommend!
