I find making an appointment a real stress factor waste of time ringing best to queue first thing in the morning. However the competency of staff is brillant. Dr Algarsamay is lovely has time.to.listen to you such a polite and kind hearted man. Am now getting used to.using nhs app for asking for more medication. E consultation. This is a quick and good service.
Patients are very quick to complain on the other side I wasn’t to say how fantastic and caring Crossfell health centre is yes like every surgery it has its issues but setting aside the long winded appointment process the staff are very polite and caring and help one as much as they can There is one stand out Dr in Dr Alagerzarmy who stands out head over heels above everyone always smiling and jolly has time to listen to your problems not rushed 10/10 you cannot expect anymore from A family GP he treats everyone like if they ... read more
