If you want to be yelled at and patronized, not offered any form of care, and given no recommendation to get proper care, come here. Dr Desai said he couldn’t treat or give any referral for the back problems I came in to discuss. (Fair enough)He anticipated problems with my insurance paying. When I asked for clarification, he looked at my scrubs, asked what I do for a living ( I told him I’m a phlebotomist), then continued talking to me like I was a misbehaving child.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. I have been seeing Dr. Desai for months now with basically no answers, no relief, and feeling unimportant as his patient! I have been admitted to the hospital due to respiratory failure/hypoxia and having to be intubated twice in basically less than two months. 10/10, could not recommend Dr. Desai more!! I called the office around noon and was promptly scheduled for a telemedicine visit. This was my first virtual medical encounter, but Dr. Desai’s program is very user friendly and easy to work. The staff was especially kind and helpful. Dr. Desai was empathetic, caring, and efficient. I am already on the way to pick up my medicine just after deciding to visit the doctor 1.5 hours ago. Dr. Desai is the best!!
