Got a notification that a transaction from my account that I did not authorize was made to CrossCountry Mortgage, when I am not enrolled in autopay. When I informed customer service on the matter, their incompetent employees said they can’t refund me back my money until it is with them completely and could care less about me losing my money for a transaction I did not consent to.
